As an adult, however, I realize that the law of attraction is a powerful tool for self-development and for creating positive changes in my life. The Law of Attraction states that whatever energy you send out into the universe returns to you tenfold. In other words, if your thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are positive, you will attract positive outcomes into your life. And conversely, if they are negative, you will attract negative outcomes.
